Delivery Method - Hong Kong

Here at Lighthouse Mart, we provide various delivery methods. For orders made within working days, we promise to process and ship within 24 hours. 
 
We provide the following local delivery methods: 
  • Local SF Express Self Pick-up Service - SF stores, service center, EF Lockers, 7-Eleven or Circle-K (Free on orders over HK$399/ +HK$25) (1-3 working days)
  • Local SF Express Delivery Service (Free on orders over HK$600/ +HK$42) (1-3 working days)
  • Local Lalamove Express Delivery Service* (Free on orders over HK$800/ +HK$80-150**) (same day)
    *Goods will be delivered at soonest within 4 hours when order confirmed within office hours (cut-off time is 6pm Mon-Fri)
    **Kowloon & New Territories Districts: HK$80/ HK Island District: HK$150
  • Self pick-up at L Mart Kwai Chung Office (Free on any purchases)

Delivery Method - International

Upon receiving your orders, we make every effort to process and ship the parcel via Airmail as quickly as possible. 
Orders made within the day will be processed immediately. For orders made before 11:00pm (GMT+8), they will be shipped the next day. Upon checkout, just choose the country you are in and shipping fee will be shown in the order summary. 
 
Estimated Delivery Time
  • Taiwan & Malaysia: 5-10*** business days 
  • Rest of the world: 10-14*** business days
